With regards to wired systems we understand that people don't like to have wires all over their property and we pride ourselves on hiding them where possible. Our engineers will complete your install, configure the equipment, demonstrate the system and set it up on your smartphone if you have that option and finally ensure you are happy with the end result.
Alarm systems like any electronics require regular maintenance to keep them functioning properly. To prevent expensive repair costs, we recommend an annual alarm maintenance and servicing for both wired and wireless alarm systems. Our qualified alarm engineers have over 25 years experience, can service/maintain both J.H.S. installed equipment and equipment installed by other companies to ensure you are getting the best results from your system.
With over 25 years experience in the security industry there aren't many alarm panels we don't have experience with. We can often repair alarms that are having issues or no longer working. From replacing dead batteries and panels, to fixing sensors and reprogramming codes that have been lost or previous owners haven't handed over. We will always ask new customers requesting alarms if they have an old system as it is often more cost effective to repair a system than to install a new one.

All our systems can be added to an app on your phone, meaning that you will be informed immediately not only if the alarm is activated but as to which individual detector has been triggered
You will also be able to arm the system remotely by a simple click on your phone, which is extremely useful if you have left the house and forgot to set your alarm.

You can upgrade the standard system by adding a WiFi module which links the system to an app onto your phone. This notifies you via your phone if the system has been triggered, and which zone was activated, it also allows you to set/unset the system, check the log, change codes etc from anywhere in the world* It also gives J.H.S. the ability to connect to your alarm if you are experiencing problems, we can dial in and check the system and troubleshoot issues often without needing to visit the property. (*Internet connection needed)
All our systems are guaranteed for two years and we conduct a free maintenance after 12 months to ensure everything is working as it should be.
